MY APPROACH:

Trust is the basis for team spirit and success. No appreciation no success. In my work with executive teams I build trust. I invite openness, participation and respectful, appreciative interaction. For this purpose I moderate, provide space for team processes, guide through these, communicate at eye level, listen, challenge and give feedback. And I trust in the participants' competence. They sense new impulses.

My coachings and workshops for leadership teams are goal- and result-driven. Methodically they focus on the concrete requirements for action and your business challenges. As individual workshops or leadership journey, I provide both indoor and outdoor formats for sustainable leadership team development.
